Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

LinkedIn Contact Data

When you use the extension on LinkedIn, we collect information about the profiles you choose to track:

  • LinkedIn profile URLs you choose to track
  • Names and headlines from tracked profiles
  • Company information from tracked profiles
  • Outreach timestamps and communication channel types
  • Notes and tags you add to contacts

Error Reports

To help us fix bugs and improve the product, we may collect error reports that include error messages, stack traces, your user ID, and browser/extension version. This data is processed by Sentry, our error tracking service.

Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

  • Local storage: Your data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's secure storage APIs
  • Cloud storage: Data is synced to Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted in the United States
  • Authentication: Handled by Google Firebase (US-based)
  • Transmission: All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  • Authentication tokens: Encrypted and automatically rotated

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Touch Tally:

Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Contact data: Retained until you delete it or your account
  • Error reports: Automatically deleted after 90 days

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all your data in the dashboard
  • Export: Download your data in CSV or JSON format
  • Delete: Remove your account and all associated data
  • Correct: Update or correct your information

Chrome Web Store Compliance
