By installing, accessing, or using the Touch Tally Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Service

Touch Tally is a Chrome browser extension designed to help users track their LinkedIn outreach activities. The Service provides:

• Duplicate contact detection on LinkedIn profiles
• Outreach logging and tracking
• Contact management and organization
• Data export capabilities
• Cross-device synchronization (with account)

The Service is provided as a productivity tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation.

User Accounts & Authentication

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. By creating an account, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information during registration
• To maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
• To notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• That you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Data Collection & LinkedIn Usage

What Data We Collect

When you use the Service on LinkedIn, we collect and store:

• LinkedIn profile URLs you choose to track
• Names and headlines from tracked profiles
• Company information from tracked profiles
• Outreach timestamps and communication channel types
• Notes and tags you add to contacts

How Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in:

• Local browser storage: For offline access and quick retrieval
• Cloud database: For cross-device sync and backup (when signed in)

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement
• Using the Service in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not using the Service for spam, harassment, or other abusive purposes
• Ensuring you have the right to store contact information

Limitation of Liability

Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed or stored by the Service. Profile information extracted from LinkedIn may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

LinkedIn Account Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn may take against your account, including but not limited to restrictions, suspensions, or terminations. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with LinkedIn's policies.

General Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touch Tally and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Payment Terms & Billing

Subscription Plans

Touch Tally offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Pro Plan: $5/month with unlimited features and priority support

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation
• You will retain access to Pro features until your subscription expires
• After expiration, your account will revert to the Free plan

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues or billing errors, please contact us at terms@touch-tally.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the account settings page. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account data, although some information may be retained as required by law
• Any unused subscription time will not be refunded unless required by applicable law

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification to registered users (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
